Returns for Defective Products Only

We only accept returns for items that arrive defective or damaged. If your item is faulty upon delivery, please notify us within 7 days of receiving your order by emailing us at [insert your email]. You must include:

  • A clear photo of the defect

  • Your order number

  • A brief description of the issue

If the item is deemed defective, we will offer a full refund or replacement at our discretion. Return shipping costs for verified defective items will be covered by Poetonic.

No Exchanges or Change-of-Mind Returns

Due to the nature of our small-scale, artist-run operation and the limited edition or custom nature of our pieces:

  • All sales are final unless the item is proven defective.

  • We do not offer exchanges for different artworks, sizes, or preferences.

  • We do not accept returns for reasons such as change of mind, incorrect order, or buyer’s remorse.

Packaging and Responsibility

All items are packed with great care. If damage occurs during shipping, Poetonic will work with you to assess and resolve the situation fairly. However, we cannot be held responsible for issues arising from mishandling after delivery.

Limited-Time Window

Claims for defective products must be submitted within 7 calendar days of delivery. After this window, all sales are considered final.
